    CEO & Owner

    Priscilla embodies the entrepreneurial spirit! She has been a visionary leader in the industry for over 35 years, cultivating long lasting relationships and sharing her vast knowledge to build brand stability and grow sales. Because of her proven success record, Priscilla is a highly sought after consultant and representative for the top brands in the natural products industry. She offers a dynamic combination of intuition, insight and experience that can propel brands into new and exciting expansion. Priscilla treasures her health, her family and her community and has fostered an extensive network of friends and colleagues, perhaps the truest measure of her success.

    VP of Sales

    Ariana exemplifies clean, natural living and lives by the values of connection, authenticity, support and hard work.

    She started her professional career managing inside sales programs at the regional level with Goodwinds Trading, a well respected PNW Brokerage. Having worked intimately with them for over a decade, she truly understands what it takes to be successful as a Rep in the field. Ariana has been instrumental in growing emerging brands and has built successful relationships with national retailers such as Natural Grocers, Sprouts, Whole Foods, Fresh Thyme, iHerb, Thrive Markets and Credo Beauty. Ariana has managed over 20 Regional Broker Teams across the US., simultaneously supporting brand identity, product development and strategic sales growth with Kestrel’s vendor partners. She is adept at aligning strong marketing programs and closing new business partnerships. When she is not strategizing or diving into data, you will find her adventuring with her husband, two children and two pups.

    SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

    A blend of creative and analytical thinking is where Heather thrives. She can sort through information, discover patterns, discrepancies and opportunities then simplify and execute. Her core foundation is rooted in being inspired by the people that surround her and what they can accomplish together while having fun along the way. With over a decade of experience in the natural skin care industry as an operations / general manager, she has a working knowledge of many angles that are imperative to a successful business. Manufacturing, new product development, packaging, pricing, distribution, key account relationships, category reviews, promo planning, education, and sales team support are just some of the skills she brings to the table.

    An artist at heart, she loves creating something from nothing. Vibrant colors, fresh mountain air, ocean waves, good music, incredible food - these are things that make her heart sing.

    Chantal Cowen

    RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER

    Chantal is an organizational powerhouse. She turns complex chaos into carefully constructed systems every day. As a young woman, Chantal started working at her uncle’s health food co-op in Cocoa Beach, FL. This sparked her passion for healthy living and began her career in the natural products industry. Over the past 25 years, Chantal has had the honor of working for some of the top natural supplement and skin care brands in both regional and national sales management, key account management, and retail operations. Chantal’s valuable combination of broad strategy planning and acute attention to detail make her an integral part of the Kestrel team.

    When she is not hard at work, you can find Chantal enjoying the beauty of the outdoors and traveling the globe with her husband and son.

    SALES & REPORTING ANALYST

    Heather translates vision into action! Her work in management and operations for almost 25 years has focused on growing sales and improving processes & systems. Her ability to remain unflappable while creating systems and coordinating the moving pieces of the business, boosts efficiencies and maximizes resources. Heather is passionate about converting needs of the business into actionable items and developing the tools and structure for systems and people to flourish. As our Sales & Reporting Analyst, she currently focuses on reviewing and translating data in a way to make it consumable for the sales team. With her custom reports & tools, the sales team is able to review the information quickly & efficiently and know where to take action to accomplish the company-wide goals and initiatives.

    Heather is also a whiskey connoisseur, loves to travel and enjoys adventurous outdoor activities.
